1. Purpose and Use

Purpose: Waaant is designed to allow users to import and group their favorite products.
Main Use: Users can enjoy a beautifully curated feed of desired products, share them, and organize them into groups.

Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the application on Apple-branded products as allowed by App Store Usage Rules, with exceptions for Family Sharing and volume purchasing.
This license governs any application updates unless a separate license is provided.
Users may not:
- Share, rent, lease, or redistribute the application (except with Apple's terms and written company consent).
- Reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, decompile, or derive source code without written permission.
- Copy or alter the application beyond the allowed license or usage rules.
- Remove any intellectual property notices.
- Allow unauthorized third-party access to any stored copies.
Violations or attempts to violate the usage rules may lead to prosecution and damages.
The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the license.
Users must comply with third-party terms and conditions when using the application.

The company’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For breaches of essential obligations (cardinal obligations), liability extends to slight negligence, but only for typical foreseeable damages. These limits do not apply to injury to life, limb, or health.
The company is not accountable for damage resulting from license violations. Users are responsible for making backups as allowed by third-party rules. Any alteration or manipulation may result in loss of access.
